• Must activate your account if you have this type of error – “Your account is not yet activated.”
• Whenever you log in check your User ID/Password twice because if you enter them wrong you see this type of error – “Invalid character found. Invalid User ID/ Password”.
• If you do not enter the correct verification code you see this type of error – “Invalid Code”. Double-check the code when you enter it make sure it enters without any space.
If you face these types of errors continuously then try resetting your password by clicking on “Forgot Your Password”. Also, check that your keyboard’s Caps Lock & Num Lock keys are off.
